灶头村是漳平市象湖镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西北部，村委会设在灶头。村内的奇和洞遗址为全国重点文物保护单位。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

村口原有石磜，清时称“磜头”。后因方言中“磜”与“灶”同音，改称今名。[1]

1934年称灶头保，划为溪南（第三）区象湖联保的一部分。土改后并入象湖乡，1960年析立灶头大队，1961年划归象湖公社。1983年6月设立灶头村民委员会，1984年政社分开时定名灶头村，1995年撤乡设镇后仍属象湖镇。[3]

文化[edit]

村中有奇和洞遗址，遗址位于村内一座相对独立的石灰岩山体西侧，洞口朝西，洞内面积300平方米，另有若干支洞。该遗址于2013年3月5日被公布为第七批全国重点文物保护单位。[1][4]

村中还有石灰岩溶洞「东明岩」，可供游赏。[2]

2017年8月，村子列入福建省第二批省级传统村落名录；2022年10月，村子被列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」（认定单位为福建省农业农村厅）。[1]
