菁坑村地处坑谷之中，距漳平市区6公里。村民居住区呈长窄形，两侧山势陡峭。[1][2]

村名由来[edit]

明清时期建村。村子坐落在山坑之间，旧时林木茂盛，因此得名「菁坑」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村中有一条菁坑小溪穿村而过，村民沿溪两岸而居。双永高速、漳永高速及省道203线从村民生活区上方穿越。[1][2]

生计[edit]

村民多到城区或外出务工、经商，也有人从事短途运输与三轮车载客；村内种植李子、蔬菜，近年苗木种植也有发展。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，本村被命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2023年12月，被命名为「2023年度福建省森林村庄」。[1]

2024年1月，本村被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」；2024年5月，被命名为「漳平市民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
