上坂村位于溪南镇南部，离镇政府约8公里，离漳平市区29公里，海拔180米，是一个革命基点村。[1]

概况[edit]

村域土地面积19246亩，其中林地15257亩，耕地950亩，果林1600多亩，生态公益林9122亩。[1] 村辖上坂、九斗洋、下坂三个自然村，有8个村民小组，户数380余户，人口1300多人。[2]

人物[edit]

明代进士蒋时馨（1548年生，卒年未详），字德夫，号兰居，感化里人，居于九斗洋。[2] 他于万历五年（1577）中进士，先后任江西新喻、湖北嘉鱼县令，官至吏部考功郎中、文选郎中，去世后获赠太常少卿。[2] 在吏部任职期间，他卷入东林党与官宦派系的纷争，于是称病辞归。[2]

蒋时馨之弟蒋时芬隐居讲学，曾在九斗洋长潭河岸的岩壁上刻下“江门倒影”“清风徐来”等石刻。[2]

革命史迹[edit]

1929年7月，红四军二、三纵队为粉碎三省“会剿”，向闽中进军，途经溪南时曾在上坂村九斗洋驻兵。[2] 据当地人回忆，驻兵期间红军纪律严明，对群众秋毫无犯，给群众留下了深刻印象。[2]

名胜[edit]

村中有蒋时馨故居、明代摩崖石刻，以及明万历年间的蒋柏山墓道。[2]

  • 2024年11月，上坂村列入「2024年度福建省一村一品专业村」，产品为食用菌。[1]
  • 2024年6月，上坂村列入「2024年漳平市一村一品专业村」，产品为食用菌。[1]
  • 2024年1月，被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
  • 2023年1月，被命名为「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
  • 2020年12月，被认定为「龙岩市第一批中级版绿盈乡村」。[1]
