桂洋村位于永福镇西北端，离镇驻地约10.5千米，村委驻地在高山平缓地带[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村委驻地原称“高洋”，因雅化改用“贵洋”，寓含富贵之意；“贵”与“桂”同音，遂有今名[1]。明清及民国初期，此地属永福里留田社的葛竹洋乡[1]。
1934年此地归文星保，后并入永福镇。建国初属新安乡，土改后归第三区。1958年改为桂洋大队，隶永福公社；1961年一度划归文星公社，1964年复归永福公社。1984年改为桂洋村，隶永福乡，1987年随永福设镇[1]。
名胜古迹[edit]
村中的“福仙官”为南宋所建，是一座保存较完好的小型古建筑[2]。
文化[edit]
桂洋与盖德洋曾建立苏维埃政权，属重点老区村[2]。
经济[edit]
村中主种单季水稻，产烟叶；蕴藏丰富的瓷土资源[2]。
