石洪村位于永福镇集镇次中心区，与镇政府隔一条河相望，镇中心学校与中心幼儿园设在村中[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村名取“石碑”“内洪”两名各一字组成[1]。1943年此地称石牌保，最初隶第二区北河联保，又隶福东乡，后并入永福镇[1]。

公社化后设石洪大队，属永福公社；1984年才改为石洪村，隶永福乡，1987年随永福设镇[1]。

经济[edit]

村内产业以花卉、蔬菜和高山茶为主，有花岭千亩花卉基地，内洪则有千亩台资高山茶园[1]。

文化[edit]

村中设有毓秀小学，村里于2021年获得「2021年福建省卫生村」称号[1]。石洪村属重点老区村[1]。
