历史沿革[edit]
传说唐时村名叫“弄车”，后有货郎魏氏来此定居，改称“郎车”，方言同音写作“朗车”；因地处长谷，弯曲如龙，遂改为今名[1][2]。明清及民国初年，此地属永福里朗车社[2]。
1934年改称龙车保，初隶第二区龙车联保，后设龙车乡，再并入永福镇。新中国成立后称龙车村；土改后归第三区，又设龙车乡，此后并入福里镇。1958年改为龙车大队，1984年改称龙车村，隶永福乡[2]。
文化[edit]
据镇政府网站，龙车村是漳平境内最早设立党支部的村；村内曾发生第一次革命暴动，设立第一个苏维埃政府，并诞生第一支农民武装队伍[3]。
1929年，此地曾设立区、乡两级苏维埃政府，并有农会与赤卫队；邓子恢、魏金水等人曾在此领导革命活动，村为革命基点村[2]。村内有革命烈士纪念碑和革命纪念馆[2]。
龙车村是全省先进基层党组织，并为省级乡村治理示范村[3]。该村于2021年获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号[1]。

村中林产资源较丰富，并有铁、钨矿藏；以单季水稻为主，兼种地瓜和烟叶[2]。
