双洋镇是福建省龙岩市漳平市下辖的镇，位于市境北部，处在九龙江北溪的上游。明隆庆元年（1567年）宁洋县在此设置，县城即设于镇区，1956年宁洋县撤销后地方并入漳平县。镇政府所在地为城内村，全镇下辖12个行政村。[1][2][4]

历史沿革[edit]

明正统十一年（1446年）此地已设有东西洋巡检司。[3] 隆庆元年（1567年）置宁洋县，县治一直设在这里，至1956年才撤销。[1]

宁洋县撤销后，此地并入漳平县，区与公社的建制先后变动。1984年改设双洋乡，1989年10月取消乡建制，改为镇。[2]

地理环境[edit]

全镇总面积289.5平方千米。山峦起伏，地形南北向拉长、东西较窄；镇政府驻地的海拔为309.5米。[1]

镇区距漳平市区约47公里，永漳公路贯穿全镇，南三龙高速铁路在此设站，交通较为便利。[1]

境内森林资源丰富，部分林区处在漳平天台国家森林公园规划区之内。[1]

人口民族[edit]

2021年末，户籍人口为1.1万人，另有常住人口7920人。[1]

镇内以汉族为主，中村村与坑源村为少数民族村。[1]

经济[edit]

镇里以烤烟、竹木和水仙茶为主要产业。[1] 境内矿产有石灰石、煤、铁矿和高岭土，镇政府网站称其煤炭为全省唯一的烟煤基地。[1]

文化[edit]

镇内留有明清时期的文物古迹、古民居和古廊桥，古桥中有太平、青云、登瀛、化龙四桥。[1][2]

2003年，双洋经福建省认定为省级历史文化名镇，属第二批。[1][2] 2010年获「中华民族优秀建筑魅力古镇」称号。[1] 2020年12月，此镇获「福建省卫生乡镇」称号，由福建省爱卫办确定。[2]

镇内的城内村、东洋村、西洋村列入中国传统村落名录，其中东洋村于2012年列入首批，2014年又获国家级历史文化名村的评定，属第六批。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

宁洋文庙设在双洋小学的校园内，列为县（市）级文物保护单位。据《宁洋县志》，知县董良佐在隆庆三年（1569年）已经着手筹建，明万历六年（1578年）建成。此后清代的同治六年（1867年）、道光二十年（1840年）、嘉庆二十二年（1817年）三次修葺，2002年再次重修，现存大成殿。[5]

麟山塔又称圆觉塔或白塔，位于麒麟山上，为七层八角形砖木楼阁式塔，通高23米。建造始于1602年（万历三十年），知县向德象主其事；万历三十八年（1610年）继任知县许一元完成塔体。此后又在1679年（康熙十八年）和1875年（光绪元年）两度修缮。1996年列为福建省文物保护单位。[1][6][7]
