白泉村位于新桥镇境内，村名原作「白水洋」，后因境内清泉而改称白泉。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1934年属白泉保，隶第四区（新桥）安仁联保，后为石安乡；1943年归新桥镇，1949年初称白泉村。1950年至1952年属新桥区白泉乡，后并入安仁乡。1958年改为白泉大队，归新桥公社；1961年划入安仁公社，1965年回归新桥公社；1984年政社分开，称白泉村，隶新桥镇。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，村被命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2023年1月和2024年1月，村先后被命名为「2022年度」「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
