城门村位于新桥镇北部，距集镇约13千米，下辖3个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1934年为城门保，先隶第四区安仁联保，后归石安乡；1949年初属新桥镇，称城门村。1950年至1952年为新桥区下的城门乡。1958年改称城门大队，归新桥公社；1961年划归另一公社，1965年又并回新桥公社；1984年改设城门村，隶新桥镇。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村内有205户690人（博雅地名网所载，未注年份），林地面积约21000亩，耕地合计365亩，水田为300亩。[1]

经济[edit]

村民主要种植水稻，兼营畜牧水产和毛竹等经济作物。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年1月，村被命名为「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」；2023年1月，又被命名为「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」；2024年1月，再次被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
