武陵坑村位于新桥镇与双洋镇交界处，604县道穿村而过，是进出新桥的交通要道。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名原称「杜楼坑」，清道光年间，村中塾师改为今名，简称「武陵」。[1][2]

1934年为武陵保，1940年改设武陵乡；1943年并入新桥镇，名称仍为武陵保。1949年初称武陵村。1958年先称陵坑大队，后改为武陵坑大队，归新桥公社；1984年改称武陵村，隶新桥镇。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

全村总面积约14050亩，林地面积约13292亩，耕地约710亩，全村167户，共642人（户籍口径，博雅地名网所载，未注年份）。[1]

境内森林覆盖率较高，村民以种植烤烟、水稻为主，并发展林、竹、茶、果等经济作物。[1]

文化[edit]

2023年1月，村被命名为「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」；2024年1月，又被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。2024年5月，村被命名为「漳平市民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
