上琴村是连城县塘前乡的行政村，在全乡行政村中为第二大村，距乡政府约1公里，村落面积11.3平方公里。村内辖上琴、鲜坑垄两个自然村，主村在上琴自然村。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

早先此村称阜新村、阜财村。后因村址地形外直内宽，住地横坑垂直排布，形如胡琴，遂改今名。[2]

1959年自清流县划归连城，1960年随塘前一并并入超美公社，1961年自超美划出，成为塘前公社的上琴大队。1984年改为塘前乡上琴村至今。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村中山地约13910亩，林木覆盖率为90%；生态公益林占7030亩。村庄为省级生态村。[1]

村民的收入主要来自烤烟、地瓜等农特产品。[1]

人口民族[edit]

全村分为16个村民小组，313户计1232人。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年6月，上琴村获连城县委授予「连城县先进基层党组织」称号；2021年11月，被福建省爱卫办命名为2021年福建省卫生村。[1][2]

2024年1月，上琴村获2023年度龙岩市「平安村」称号。[1]
