历史沿革[edit]
村名来历：旧时这里是揭姓人家的居住地，称揭屋，后改称揭乐。[2]
1143年前后，揭姓先人由江西迁来，这里成为聚居之地，村落的历史可追溯到南宋绍兴十三年。[1][3]
李姓后来迁入，如今人数多于最初定居的揭姓。[2]
风俗文化[edit]
村中保留“正月十一庙会”的传统，庙会上有彩旗、锣鼓十番、舞狮、古事和装顶马等活动，村民还要把五位公王的神像请出来巡游。[2][3]
经济[edit]
全村家家户户种地瓜，加工成红心地瓜干，经营上采用“公司+农户”的模式。[2][3]
荣誉[edit]
福建省爱卫办于2021年11月命名揭乐村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。省农业农村厅于2022年10月认定揭乐村为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2024年7月，揭乐村被认定为连城县「2024年县级一村一品专业村」，主导产业是铁皮石斛。[1]
