科南村是宣和镇下辖的行政村，村委会驻在南山下，茶叶是村里的主要产业[2]。
历史沿革[edit]
村名取自所辖若干自然村名中的各一字。[1]
此地先属黄文保；1949年初改属长汀县十五区的黄文乡，1956年方划入连城，始称科南村，归朋口区宣和乡。1958年编入宣和公社的黄文大队，1961年又并入朋口公社，1962年宣和公社复立。1984年建乡镇制后，村属宣和乡；2021年撤乡设镇，村属宣和镇。[1][2]
2021年11月，科南村入选福建省卫生村拟命名公示名单[2]。2023年1月与2024年1月，该村分别获评2022年度、2023年度龙岩市平安村居[1]。
经济[edit]
村里种茶的历史很长，茶叶是核心产业[2]。2022年6月，科南村获连城县确认为县级一村一品专业村，产业以茶叶为主[1]。
