上曹村为连城县宣和镇所辖的行政村，村里居民以曹姓居多，村名因此而来[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1956年此地并入连城县，归朋口区宣和乡管辖。1958年隶属宣和公社下的一个管理区；1961年宣和随同并入朋口公社；1962年宣和公社重新设立，此地改为上曹大队。[1]

1984年建乡镇制后，上曹村归宣和乡；2021年改乡为镇，它仍归宣和镇管辖。村委会驻在石头塅。[1]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办评定上曹村为省级卫生村；2023年1月，该村获评2022年度龙岩市平安村居。[1]
