竹叶山村是隔川镇的村庄，原名竹光。早先一位祖先在屋后栽下一片毛竹，竹子长得密茂，村名便由此而来。村内有竹叶山、张屋山、祠堂背三个自然村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1955年，初级社时期此地设竹林、竹光、星光三个社；1957年改为高级社，三社各取一字，合成竹光。宋代归南顺里；解放初期归北团区隔川乡，1954年改入附城区隔川乡。[1]
1958年改属超美公社；1968年属附城公社；1984年归文川乡竹叶山村；1993年又归隔川乡竹叶山村，至今未变。[1]
经济[edit]
连城县在2025年6月将竹叶山村认定为县级「一村一品」专业村，主导产业是菌草白鸭；同年11月，福建省把它定为2025年度省级「一村一品」专业村。[1]
文化[edit]
2021年8月，竹叶山村入选「连城县第十四届（2018-2020年度）县级文明村镇（社区）」；福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月，将其评为「2022年福建省卫生村」。[1]
