魏坊村位于连城县西郊，距县城约4公里，下辖魏坊、马陂桥两个自然村。[1]村中以种植水稻、地瓜为主。[2]

地名与沿革[edit]

村中以魏姓聚居，故名魏坊。[1]此地于宋代归南顺里，新中国成立初为附城区林坊乡的一部分，1984年起属文川乡，1993年转属林坊乡，2016年划归林坊镇。[1]

历史人物[edit]

据称，魏坊始祖千三郎先前住在清流县仓盈里的梓材坑，后于元至大年间来到连城魏坊定居；其四子魏得福于明正统戊午科中举，起初在湖广邵阳县担任学训导。[2]

人口与教育[edit]

截至2007年，本村大学生16人，另有研究生1人。[2]全村现有约341人，92户，分为6个村民小组。[1]

产业[edit]

村中现以种植水稻、地瓜、毛豆、葡萄为主，并养殖猪、牛、鸡、鸭、鱼。[2]
