陂桥村位于林坊镇西部，距县城约5公里，西距204省道约400米。[1]村为菌草技术发明人林占熺的故乡。[2]

地名与沿革[edit]

因村口有一处水陂，陂上还有石拱桥，此地便得名陂桥。[1]1958年归附城公社，设陂桥大队；1984年改属文川乡，称陂桥村；1993年改属林坊乡，2016年划归林坊镇。[1]宋代属南顺里，新中国成立初为附城区林坊乡的一部分。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

全村约504人，124户，分为6个村民小组。[1]过去村民以种植水稻为主，90年代后，地瓜种植与地瓜干加工成为主要收入来源。[2]

人物[edit]

菌草技术研究者林占熺在2006年8月获得「联合国国际生态安全科学院院士」称号，他还曾获国家和省级荣誉十余项。[2]

村中建有一座降祥堂，门前立有桅杆。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，陂桥村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2022年10月，被福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
