芷联村距庙前镇政府约1千米，紧邻319国道，是一个革命基点村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名由来：1957年，桃源一带由上杭改属连城，归芷溪管理区管辖。几个自然村合成一个大队，便取名芷联大队。[1]

民国时此地属崇溪乡，1949年初改隶芷溪乡。1958年设新泉公社芷联大队，1972年改属庙前公社，仍称芷联大队。1984年建制后为庙前镇芷联村委会。[1]

社会变迁[edit]

村子原在交通不便、田少地薄的山区，1994年借造福工程整体迁到319国道旁。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，芷联村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
