新罗村是福建省龙岩市连城县新泉镇下辖的行政村，由上罗地、下罗地等自然村组成。[1]
地名由来[edit]
此地于1962年由上杭县划入连城，原名高上大队。后与下罗地合并，各取一字，定名为“高地”。因与他处地名重复，1991年改称新罗村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
此地先属新泉公社高地大队，1984年改设新泉乡高地村，1991年改称新罗村；1999年撤乡设镇后属新泉镇新罗村。[1]
