新泉镇是福建省龙岩市连城县下辖的镇，位于县境南部，与长汀、上杭两县毗邻，镇域面积185.39平方千米。[1][3]

1929年，红四军先后进驻新泉，在此开展政治与军事整训，毛泽东在望云草室起草了《古田会议决议》，留下了一批革命旧址。镇内另有温泉资源，客家美食也是当地的知名特色。[1][5][7]

历史沿革[edit]

南宋绍兴三年（1133年），新泉一带自长汀县析出，与莲城堡等里团合并设立连城县，隶属表席里。明代曾在此设巡检司，民国初年属连城县第二区，区公所设于杨家坊。[5]

明万历三十年（1603年），县令徐大化倡议在温泉背后兴建新城堡，原名汤背的聚落随之改称新泉，寓意万象更新，人才如温泉涌流。[4]

1931年12月，新泉县苏维埃政府成立，下设六个区。[5]

1929年6月和12月，红四军两次进驻新泉，毛泽东、朱德、陈毅在望云草室居住办公，其间红四军领导层研究了红军的去向，《古田会议决议》即在此起草。[6][7]

1949年后，新泉先后设康乐区、新泉区；1958年改为公社，1972年分设新泉、庙前两个公社。1984年改称新泉乡人民政府，1999年撤乡建镇。[5][3]

地理环境[edit]

全镇有耕地2.13万亩，山林23万亩。镇域东南距龙岩城区62千米，东北距连城县城约45千米。[1]

厦蓉高速公路与长深高速公路在境内设有互通出口，319国道和205国道穿越镇区，赣龙铁路在乐联村设有货运中间站。[1]

新泉地热资源丰富，温泉出水温度在70℃至81℃之间，日出水量约9000吨，镇区有温泉服务场所42处。[1]

人口与行政区划[edit]

2019年末，全镇户籍人口为31934人。[3]

截至2020年6月30日，全镇辖19个行政村。政府网站2026年6月发布的乡镇介绍则称全镇辖18个行政村、87个自然村。[3][1]

2026年9月，县人民政府同意良福村与良盟村合并，合并后的行政村由良盟新村更名为兴良村，办公地点、属地管辖和界线均不变。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

旧址群的文物保护单位中，县级8处、省级1处，另有6处属全国重点文物保护单位。[1]

望云草室原为张氏家祠书院，位于新泉村，为砖木结构的厅堂建筑，旧址附有工农妇女夜校。1929年，红四军前委和政治部设于此地。[7][6]

张氏家庙亦称连南区革命委员会旧址，位于东南村圩市上，始建于明万历四十五年（1617年）。1929年6月，连南区革命委员会在此成立。门楼曾在文化大革命期间被拆毁，1980年修复。[6]

新泉工农妇女夜校旧址（张家祠）位于新泉村，建于清代光绪年间，1929年在此创办工农妇女夜校，1985年列为第二批福建省文物保护单位。[6]

张氏民居思源堂位于北村，建于清咸丰年间（1851年至1861年），为张南生故居，2018年列为第九批省级文物保护单位。[9][6]

乐江杨氏家庙位于乐江村，始建于元至顺元年（1330年），明崇祯三年改建为祠堂，现存建筑为清代风格，2020年11月列为第十批省级文物保护单位。[8][6]

文化[edit]

新泉以客家美食闻名，镇上先后获得「中国客家美食名镇」「福建美食之乡」「福建客家厨师名镇」等称号。2002年注册“新泉美食”商标，该商标被认定为「福建省著名商标」，2015年新泉美食街获评「福建省美食街」。[1]

炒九门头、溪鱼焖豆腐、猪八宝等菜点，曾被评为「中国名菜」「中华美食名点」「中华美食名宴」。[1]

2014年7月，新泉镇被确定为全国重点镇；2016年5月，被认定为第五批福建省历史文化名镇名村；2021年12月，获命名为2021年度福建省森林城镇。[4]

本镇曾两次获得省级文明乡镇称号（第十一届、第十二届），现为国家3A级旅游景区。[1]
