名称与历史[edit]

村民均姓池，村名由此而来。[1]

宋代归河源下里，明清归河源里，民国时期隶属三民乡屏南保。1949年后归莒溪公社管理，1989年析出设莒溪乡池家村委会，1993年撤乡设镇后改为莒溪镇池家村委会。[1]
