厦地村为莒溪镇的行政村，村委会驻厦地自然村，辖7个自然村。[1]

2020年2月，村入选福建省第三批省级传统村落名单。连城县人民政府网站称，厦地村为省级传统古村落。[1][2]

名称[edit]

其后裔称此地为下地。1949年前，一户富裕人家在此建起数座华美住宅，遂改称厦地。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代归河源下里，明清归河源里。1955年设厦地乡，1958年并入莒溪公社，1961年设厦地大队。1984年设莒溪乡厦地村委会，1993年改为莒溪镇厦地村委会。[1]
