名称[edit]
1949年前，山外的地主豪绅在此建造庄园。村处附近村落的中心，地主在此收租储粮，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国时期此地设屏中保。1955年改属朋口区厦庄乡，1958年划入莒溪公社，1961年设为大队。1984年设莒溪乡厦庄村委会，1993年起归莒溪镇。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年11月，村被认定为福建省「一村一品」专业村（高山蔬菜）。[1]
