大张村是连城县北团镇的一个行政村，位于镇域西北部，与长汀县童坊镇交界，离县城约26公里。村内森林资源丰富，村民以垦复竹林为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村庄原是一条山坑，两侧高山夹着一道小溪涧，沿坑分为上、中、下三段，合称大坑源。后来与张地并村，各取一字，改称大张。[1]

宋代此地归北团，明清时属北安里。新中国成立前属北团镇的大坑源。1949年初归北团区石螺乡管辖。[1] 1958年起，本村与张地合并，称大张管理区，隶属金星人民公社。[1] 1968年，本村又与张地分开，仍称大张大队，改归北团人民公社。[1] 1984年设北团乡，1992年北团镇设立后改属北团镇。[1]

经济[edit]

村里除优质中稻外，也种水果、蔬菜、香菇、大豆、茶叶和药材。[1] 村民从毛竹上的收入可达数万元。[1]

文化[edit]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予大张村「2021年福建省卫生村」的称号。[1] 2023年1月，村获得「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」的称号。[1]
