江园村是连城县北团镇的一个行政村，位于镇的东部，距镇政府约2公里。村西与溪尾村相连，南边与老营村、孙台村为邻。村名是把两处旧地各取一字合在一起得来的。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名是把两处旧地的名字各取一字合成的。[1] 1968年，江屋垅、上园等自然村合并为江园大队，隶属北团人民公社。[1]
1984年村属北团乡，1992年北团镇设立后改属北团镇，村委会驻地在李屋。[1]
经济[edit]
村民的生计以养猪、种烟、加工地瓜干与米粉为主。[1] 2024年7月，江园村被认定为连城县2024年县级「一村一品」专业村，主导产业为米粉。[1]
文化[edit]
2022年10月，福建省农业农村厅将江园村认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1] 福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予江园村「2021年福建省卫生村」的称号。[1]
2023年1月，江园村获得「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」的称号。[1]
