坪坑村是福建省龙岩市武平县大禾镇下辖的行政村，位于武北边区，地处二省三县交界处，与江西省会昌县永隆乡、福建省长汀县红山乡相邻。[1]

地名由来[edit]

驻村所在的自然村是坪坑，村名由此得来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放后，此地先属大禾区，设坪坑村与坪坑乡；1956年起改属武北区，仍设坪坑乡。人民公社化后改称大禾坪坑大队，1984年后以大禾乡坪坑村委会的名义延续。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年1月、2023年1月和2021年1月，坪坑村先后被命名为2023年度、2022年度和2020年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]
