大禾村是福建省龙岩市武平县大禾镇下辖的行政村，位于镇中心区，距县城58公里。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据江西会昌县永隆乡的郑屋坝村兰氏族谱所记，此地原称湖井凹下，住着十多个姓氏的人家。元末，兰大一郎公迁来定居，其他姓氏陆续迁走，村子遂成为兰姓聚居之地。因这里禾苗生长比别处好，村名取作大禾。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1932年土地革命时期，村内的新阳屋、上寨等地建立过红色政权，设有苏维埃区乡政府。国民政府时期，这里为武北区大禾乡的驻地。[1]

此地在1949年至1951年属大禾区，称大禾村；1952年至1955年称大禾乡，仍属大禾区。1956年至1957年属武北区大禾乡。公社时期为大禾公社的大禾大队，1984年改设大禾乡大禾村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

福建省农业农村厅于2022年10月将大禾村定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2024年1月和2023年1月，大禾村先后被命名为2023年度和2022年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]
