湘洋村是武平县湘店镇下辖的行政村，位于武平县北部，省道205线穿村而过。开国上将刘亚楼出生在村中。[1][3]

村名取湘东与大洋泉两地名各一字。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年至1955年，此村改为乡建制；在此之前，1950年归十三区，1951年改属桃溪区。1958年后设大队；1984年村委会成立，隶属湘店乡，名称沿用到今天。[1]

地理环境[edit]

全村分湘东、洋泉、石子砱下和龙归寨4个自然村，设有19个村民小组。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中的刘亚楼将军故居建于清代，由上月形厝、下月形厝等建筑组成，其中上月形厝是刘亚楼出生的旧居。[1][3]

刘亚楼将军故居为县级文物保护单位。[4]

文化[edit]

2019年12月，湘洋村列入国家林业和草原局公布的「第二批国家森林乡村」名单；2020年2月，湘洋村列入福建省「第三批省级传统村落」名单。[1]

2021年11月，湘洋村获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2025年3月，湘洋村被认定为「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1][2]
