永平镇位于福建省龙岩市武平县北部，省道221线由镇中穿过，离县城的路程为26公里。全镇辖15个行政村，镇域面积256.16平方千米，是通往县城与武北各乡镇的要道，当地有「武北南大门」之称。[1][2]

镇域地势由西北向东南倾斜，梁野山国家级自然保护区的核心区位于境内。镇内保存着清代古建筑竹苞松茂，并有多处土地革命时期的旧址与纪念设施。[1][8][9]

历史沿革[edit]

永平的归属在历史上数次改变：古时属永宁乡的昭仪保，宋代为归平乡，明代又属信顺团里。民国初年设永平区；1940年，它与桃溪、湘店合在一起组成第四区；1948年再分出永平乡与昭信乡。苏维埃时期，辖区内有十二个乡相继设立了苏维埃政权。[3]

新中国成立后，永平先划为第十区和永平区，1956年并入武北区，同年与桃溪、大禾合并。1958年4月撤区，分设永平乡与帽村乡，同年11月两乡合并为火箭公社；1961年4月又分成帽村与永平两个公社，1965年再度归并为永平公社。1984年10月起，原永平公社改为永平乡；2014年11月撤乡设镇。[1][3]

1989年9月，永平乡孔下村分成孔下、朝阳两个行政村；1992年7月，昭信村分成昭信、龙归礤两个行政村。[4]

地理环境[edit]

镇域地貌多为低山与高丘，全镇平均海拔约650米。境内海拔千米以上的山峰共3座，梁野山主峰梁山顶为其中最高，海拔1538.4米。[1]

镇域为亚热带季风性气候，年平均气温约18℃，年降水在1700毫米以上。永平溪、帽村溪与孔厦溪3条溪流穿境而过，境内有龙尾窖水库。森林覆盖率为83.4%，全镇林木蓄积量约260万立方米，在全县排第一。[1]

人口与行政区划[edit]

2020年第七次全国人口普查时，镇内常住人口为20781人；2025年末，户籍人口为19135人。全镇辖15个行政村，下设214个村民小组。[1]

经济[edit]

农林业是镇域经济的基础。农业上形成了「一瓜一果一灵芝」的特色格局，即梁山西瓜、永平葡萄与林下紫灵芝。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

竹苞松茂又名德茂公祠，位于帽村村，清道光初年建成，坐西朝东，采用三堂六摆的布局，占地约3800平方米。1934年3月，红军第五次反「围剿」期间，粤赣军区第三分区独立团的指挥机关设在此处。2018年，它被列为福建省第九批省级文物保护单位。[8][9]

镇内有两处武平县级文物保护单位的旧址：「粤赣军区第三作战分区司令部驻地旧址」属武平县第八批县级文物保护单位；「帽村中心区苏维埃裁判部、看守所、警卫排驻地旧址（松竹长春）」属第九批县级文物保护单位。[6][7]

许卓烈士纪念碑在帽村中学后山，1994年9月建成，高16.9米，建在高狮献帽保卫战遗址上。1934年2月，许卓任中央红军总部检查团团长，前往驻帽村的粤赣军区第三分区，督查第五次反「围剿」时期的防务。同年3月13日，他在永平枫树岭遇伏，与同行共6人牺牲。2020年，县政府把纪念碑公布为县级第九批文保单位；2022年，经龙岩市政府批复，它升为市级烈士纪念设施。[5]

梁野山风景区是国家4A级旅游景区。区内的梁野山国家级自然保护区于2003年6月经国务院批准设立；早在1991年，武平县人民政府已把它划作禁伐区，1999年2月又经福建省人民政府批准，定为省级自然保护区。[1][10]

县内红色资源的主要分布区在北部，大禾、桃溪、湘店与永平是其中的四个乡镇。[4]
