大阳村位于东留镇北部，村名取自村中的大阳桥，该桥是县级文物保护单位。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

此地建国后先为大阳乡；其后，1958年建为大队，1984年才转成村委会，今属东留镇。[1]

大阳桥为二墩三孔石砌风雨桥，清代两次重建，桥上廊屋曾为店铺所在，形成墟市。[2]

经济[edit]

历史上，大阳市场是本地与江西省洞头乡之间物资与文化交流的重镇。[1]

文化[edit]

2012年10月，大阳村经司法部与民政部确认，成为「第五批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」之一。2021年2月，大阳村列入「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。2024年1月，大阳村被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
