小溪村位于东留镇南部，靠近东留水库，村名取自流经村中的一条溪流。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前此地属小溪保。解放后设小溪村，先后组织小溪初级社与高级社。[1]

1958年，小溪大队成立；1984年，大队改为村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村庄属东留水库库区的移民新农村，村民依托山地与库区条件发展生态农业，并兴办了蔬菜、柰果、芙蓉李、毛竹、烤烟、仙草等基地。[1]
