兰畲村地处东留镇西部，是一个山区村庄，省道309线穿过村内的兰畲、应头两个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

开基之初，村中有兰、谢两姓，故称兰谢。谢姓后来迁走，遂改称兰畲，土改时定名兰畲村。[1]

1958年设兰畲大队，1984年改为兰畲村委会，此后隶属东留镇，地名延续至今。[1]

文化[edit]

2023年1月，兰畲村被命名为「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」；2024年1月，又被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」，同月获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
