尧禄村位于武平县城厢镇，在梁野山的东南面，距武平县城约9公里。村落处在群山环抱的小盆地中，村民以陈姓为主。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村名中的“尧”取尧舜禹之意，“禄”取福禄寿之意，寓意美好。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据族谱，明代永乐年间陈子贵在此开基，传至今日已有二十八代。[1]

1952年改设尧禄乡，同属城厢区，1958年撤区并乡时归万安乡；公社化时设尧禄大队，其后隶属城郊、城关公社。1984年设尧禄村委会，隶属城厢镇，村名延续至今。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村中民居依山势层叠排列，朝向大致为坐东北朝西南，被人戏称为“武平的布达拉宫”。山林属自然保护区的核心地带，群山之中有天马寨、四姑寨等古城堡。[1][2][3]

经济[edit]

村中以鹰嘴桃种植和茶叶为主，鹰嘴桃为全县特有的优质水果。[1][2]

文化[edit]

2019年12月，尧禄村被列入「第一批国家森林乡村」名单。2020年11月，本村入选「2020年福建省“金牌旅游村”」名单。2020年12月，本村被确定为「福建省第一批高级版绿盈乡村」。2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予尧禄村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。2025年11月，本村被认定为「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
