南通村是武平县城厢镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的中心区，村名取自其在县城南部的方位。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国时期此地称南兴保，建国初叫南兴村。1984年起设南通村委会，归城厢镇管辖，村名延续至今。[1]
文化[edit]
2020年12月，本村被认定为「龙岩市第一批中级版绿盈乡村」。2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予南通村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。2026年1月，本村被确定为「福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
