上济村位于武平县中堡镇东南部，距中堡集镇7公里，处在梁野山自然保护区的边沿。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据说林姓中堡开基祖先居于寨皮头，后裔繁衍，一支被挤迁到这片山区，取名上济，「济」与「挤」同音，故有此名。[3]

民国时设上济保，归中正区；建国后成为联四村下属的一个自然村；1985年，联四村委会一分为二，成立小岭、上济两个村委会。[2]

2024年1月与2023年1月，上济村先后获龙岩市授予2023年度、2022年度「平安村居（社区）」称号。[1]
