黎明村位于十方集镇西部，永武高速公路横跨村境约2.7公里，距集镇约1.4公里，属集镇周边的村庄。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

相传此地原有黎、畲两姓居住，元末肖姓迁入后两姓绝迹；成立村委会时，取“黎明”二字为村名。[1]

境内同样以小溪为界，村域西片归黎明。民国时期设肖三保，建国后与东片合为黎畲村；此地于1952年曾归黎畲乡管辖，1956年并入十方镇；1961年自十方镇析出，分设黎明、黎仚两个大队；1965年又并为黎畲大队，1979年再度分开，1984年设立黎明村委会，隶属十方镇。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年2月，黎明村被纳入第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇创建名单；2023年12月，入选「龙岩市2023年度乡村振兴示范村镇」名单。[1]

黎明村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。2024年1月、2023年1月和2021年1月，黎明村分别入选2023年度、2022年度和2020年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」名单。[1]
