院康村是福建省龙岩市上杭县泮境乡西北部的行政村，村委会驻院康自然村，辖院康、凌坑、黄丘田、田心里4个自然村[1][3]。全村有123户，2011年总人口为496人[1][2]。

地名由来[edit]

相传当地最早的开基者是两兄弟，因居住不稳，一人迁往院康，另一人迁往茶地竹马坑。当时院康是一处大山坑，离周围人家较远，故称远坑，后读音转为院康[1][2]。

沿革[edit]

1931年此地属镇龙乡苏维埃。民国时期为石康保的一部分；解放初，院康与定达、乌石一同组成定达村，后来各自独立设置[3]。1958年以后归红旗公社泮境管理区，称院康大队；1984年改设泮境乡院康村民委员会[2][3]。

产业与人文[edit]

村内富含瓷土，储量较大，但杂质较多，品质较低。七八十年代，县国营瓷厂曾在此筹建并生产，后因多种原因迁出停产[1]。

村中有民间艺人吴锦荣经营的根雕手工作坊，以及古窑陶瓷制作体验园[4]。

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，院康村获得2023年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」的认定[1]。
