太古村是福建省龙岩市上杭县庐丰畲族乡下辖的行政村，在乡境以东约4公里处，杭永线纵贯全村。村中有石岗水库，村庄规模较大。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村中有古定桥一座，村庄规模较大，因此得名太古。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代属胜运里，民国设太古保，1949年归东一区庐丰区。1956年成立太古农业高级社，1958年转入红旗公社设太古大队，1965年仍为大队。1984年成为庐丰乡太古村民委员会，1988年改为畲族乡太古村民委员会。[3]
解放后，村中上塘自然村被确认为革命基点村。[2]
村内有上塘、王屋、笑面岭等自然村，村委会驻桥子头。[3]
2024年1月，太古村获评2023年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]

全村有26个村民小组，共797户、2978人（博雅地名网，年份未注）。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村中山林资源丰富。石岗水库经除险加固后，既解决农田灌溉，又发挥综合效益，并进行立体开发。[2]
经济[edit]
改革开放后，村里陆续开办机砖与煤球加工场。2008年烤烟种植达1400亩。近年引进林业公司，采取公司加农户的经营模式，发展速生丰产林。[2]
