扶洋村是福建省龙岩市上杭县庐丰畲族乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境东南部，距县城二十余公里，面积约18平方公里。村庄呈椭圆形，四周为山岽和岗峦，东部的铁嶂寨海拔721米。[1]

地名由来[edit]

明洪武年间有一位读书人路过此地，见溪水清澈、潭中映出铁嶂寨的影子，遂题联咏之，并取“湖洋”为村名。1980年因与本县湖洋公社同名，改称扶洋。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村境南高北低，中部成盆地，属丘陵地带。境内蕴藏铁、金、铜、钼、钨和石灰石等矿产。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

村境面积约18平方公里，人口1103人。耕地1652亩，山林20487亩，共有5个自然村、8个村民小组。村财收入主要靠烟税返回和少量铁矿上缴。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属胜运里，民国设湖洋保，1949年归东一区庐丰区，属湖洋村。1956年组建湖洋农业高级社，1958年并入红旗公社设湖洋大队，1965年仍为大队。1980年改称扶洋大队，铁峰同年自本村析出。1984年改为庐丰乡扶洋村民委员会，1988年改称畲族乡扶洋村民委员会。[2]

村内自然村有庐源洞、赤泥塘、禾坪下等，共五处。[2]

2021年1月，扶洋村获评2020年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]
