立英村是福建省龙岩市上杭县庐丰畲族乡下辖的行政村，是乡内五个少数民族村之一，位于乡境东部，距县城约15公里。东与横岗村、南与丰康村、西与丰乐村、北与章金村相接。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

早年往章金去的路上建有一座亭子，供行人避风雨，名为麓荫亭。后因音近，改称立英。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属胜运里。土地革命时期，酸枣树下一带建立过红色政权，民国时设立英保。1949年归东一区庐丰区，1956年建立英农业高级社，1958年转入红旗公社称大队，1965年仍为大队。1984年改为庐丰乡立英村民委员会，1988年改为庐丰畲族乡立英村民委员会。[3]

村中自然村有湾下、连塘背、凹下等。[3]

2021年11月，立英村获福建省爱卫办认定为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2024年6月，立英村入选福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村名单。[1]

人口民族[edit]

全村213户，人口900多人，少数民族约占全村三分之一。[2]

地理环境[edit]

境内有立英水库，总库容70万方。村中山林5000多亩，耕地也有1000多亩。[2]

经济[edit]

村中出产锰矿、石灰石。农作物以粮食、烤烟、生猪、西瓜为主，全村种植烤烟500余亩。村财主要靠烟税返回。[2]

文化[edit]

村中有张化孙大宗祠，境内有燕子岩寺院。[2]
