章金村是福建省龙岩市上杭县庐丰畲族乡下辖的行政村，在庐丰与泮境两乡的交界处，离乡政府约7.5公里。村庄依山而建，庐泮公路纵贯全村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

相传古时有三位将军率兵驻守此山，其中一位阵亡后葬在这里，故称将军地。“将军”与“章金”读音相近，于是改称章金。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代此地隶属胜运里。土地革命时期村内曾设红色政权，民国年间设有章金保。1949年归东一区庐丰区管辖，此后组建高级社，1958年并入红旗公社设为大队，1965年随庐丰公社合并后仍称大队。1984年成为庐丰乡所辖的村民委员会，1988年改为畲族乡下辖的村民委员会。[3]

村内有上村、中村、下村三个自然村，村委会驻中村。革命战争年代，村中有24人为国牺牲。[2][3]

人口与经济[edit]

全村125户、503人，有山林约7350亩，耕地630亩。境内初步探明的矿产有石油、锰和石灰石。村民以农业为主，出产毛竹、林木，种植烤烟、水稻、西瓜、芦柑、红柿，并饲养生猪。[1][2]
