历史沿革[edit]
清代属来苏里。土地革命时，凹下、豪康等自然村曾建立红色政权。民国时设河坑保，归龙文乡；解放初设5个农会小组，由联河农会分会管理。[3]
1954年与新寨乡合并，组成新联乡；1956年改为联河农业高级社。1958年公社化后分为7个生产队，编入东风公社联河大队。1959年改为中都公社的豪康大队，1961年转归中都工委下都公社。1965年，与三益、璜溪合并为联河大队，同属中都公社。[3]
1968年设革领组；1972年自联河划出，设豪康大队革领组；1980年改为管委会。1984年为中都乡豪康村民委员会，1986年随下都从中都乡析出，成为下都乡豪康村民委员会。2015年改乡为镇后归下都镇。[3]
村辖豪康、碗背、松树背头、萝卜咏、凹下五个自然村，共10个村民小组，村委会驻地在豪康。[3]
地理环境[edit]
村庄海拔190米左右。汀江流经村前，棉花滩库区蓄水后，原来的汀江河段变成龙湖。村口有两株600多年的大榕树，村东有金基石、穿天岩等自然景观。[2]
经济[edit]
村中收入主要来自水稻、生猪、烤烟与龙湖捕鱼。沙田柚、蜜柚、杭梅、绿麻笋与黄笋干为土特产。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
豪坑述德堂位于本村，为清代古建筑，始建于光绪元年（1875），至光绪十九年（1893）完工。[4] 宅院坐北朝南，背山面溪，地势前低后高，占地约2600平方米，为三进三列的格局，正厅、两列横屋与中大门沿中轴线对称布置。[4]
宅主宏福公（1830—1901）系耕读之家出身，经营烟丝制作，产品销往湖南和海外，朝廷授其「赏戴六品军功」荣誉。他以「德」为立身根本，故以「述德堂」名宅，用以告诫子孙。[4] 据博雅地名网，该宅属上杭县第十一批县级文物保护单位之一。[4]
文化[edit]
2021年1月，村庄获评「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」；福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月，把「2022年福建省卫生村」的称号授予本村。[1]
