历史沿革[edit]
清代此地属平安里。1929年土地革命时期，在曾屋竹头子下里一带设礤头乡苏维埃；民国二十四年（1935年）属通贤乡礤头保。[2]
解放初，此地设立农会分会，行政上属才溪区通贤乡的礤头村；1956年设高级社，公社化后归才溪公社通贤管理区的礤头大队。[2]
1961年起为才溪工委下通贤公社的礤头大队，1968年改为革领组，1980年设管委会，1984年改为村民委员会，隶通贤乡；2014年随乡改镇，改隶通贤镇。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村内山峦重叠，植被丰茂，森林覆盖率达80%，少有开阔平地，村民依山而居。村中有11个自然村，计10个村民小组，村委会驻曾屋。[1][2]

村内耕地约753亩，山林约9006亩，其中竹林3400多亩。[1]
