培才村是福建省龙岩市上杭县通贤镇下辖的行政村，位于镇政府所在集市的西北方向，靠近205国道。[1]

村名的由来是：早先此地沙土肥沃，称肥沙里、培沙里，后又与寨下一片合称培才。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1929年土地革命时期设第十三乡苏维埃，民国二十四年（1935年）改设培才保。[2]

解放初，村属才溪区通贤乡；此后一度设培才乡，并在1956年并入通贤农业高级社。[2]

1984年起称通贤乡培才村民委员会，2014年改为通贤镇培才村民委员会。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村内有寨下、培沙里、作坑里、缺坑里、新屋、山下、塘背等自然村，村委会驻培沙里。[2]

经济[edit]

村内山林面积约3339亩，耕地约765亩，党支部有党员35人，队伍的平均年龄偏高。[1]

文化[edit]

  • 2021年11月，获福建省爱卫办评定为2021年福建省卫生村。[1]
  • 2022年10月，本村获福建省农业农村部门认定，列入第二批乡村治理示范村镇之中。[1]
  • 2023年1月，以2022年度龙岩市平安村居的身份获得表彰。[1]
