彩霞村是上杭县太拔镇下辖的行政村，村委会驻塘背自然村。村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载，是此地山水地形秀美，犹如天上彩云与清晨云霞。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代此地隶属胜运里，民国时设彩霞保，属星聚乡。1956年为金星高级社，1958年公社化后设彩霞大队，1961年改属太拔工委下的芬霞公社管辖，称彩霞大队。[2]
1984年改称太拔乡彩霞村民委员会，2014年改称太拔镇彩霞村民委员会。村内共有七个自然村。[2]
经济[edit]
村中青壮年多外出务工，留在村里的农户以种植水稻为主，兼种木薯、地瓜、玉米、西瓜与小米椒，收入受农副产品价格影响，波动较大。[1]
荣誉[edit]
龙岩市农业农村局于2022年8月认定彩霞村为「龙岩市2022年市级一村一品专业村」，产业为西瓜。2024年1月，被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
