太拔村位于上杭县东南部，是太拔镇政府所在地，蓝池公路穿村而过。黄潭河由东向西流经该村，进入蓝溪镇。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代此地隶属胜运里。1933年土地革命时期设太拔乡苏维埃，此地是太拔区苏维埃与代英县的驻地。民国时分为太拔前保、后保与太兴保，太拔乡公所也设于此。[2]
解放初此地称星太区太拔村。1952年改为太拔乡，1956年组成红星高级社；1958年改设太拔大队，1961年划入太拔工委统辖的太拔公社，1965年仍以太拔大队为名。[2]
1984年改称太拔乡太拔村民委员会，2014年改称太拔镇太拔村民委员会。村委会驻太拔老圩上。[2]
地理与经济[edit]
村中有古溪、朱良、太和康等自然村，耕地以水稻田居多，山林与生态茶园也有一定规模。村民收入以种养为主，外出务工亦多。[1]
荣誉[edit]
福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月授予太拔村「2022年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
