历史沿革[edit]
民国时设五坊保。解放初此地属信和区（第十一区）的五坊乡，1953年1月并入湖光乡；1956年组建五坊高级社，1958年公社化后称湖洋公社五坊大队。[2][4]
1961年4月一度分设两个大队，1965年重新合并为五坊大队。1968年成立革领组，1976年划出一部分另设，本村仍称五坊大队。1980年设管委会，1984年改为湖洋乡五坊村民委员会，2013年改属湖洋镇。[2][4]
村辖十个自然村，17个村民小组，村委会驻地在下村。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年1月，五坊村获「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」称号。[1]
2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予五坊村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
