乃康村是湖洋镇下辖的行政村。据博雅地名网，村子开基时旧称金竹子坑，最初住着刘、赖两姓；后刘姓迁出，只剩赖姓居于山坑之中，村名由此而来。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时此地属康田保。解放初设农会分会，归信和区通桥乡管辖；1956年成立乃康高级社。1958年公社化时，此地先称湖洋公社乃康民兵连，1959年改为乃康大队。[2][4]

1961年划归寨背公社，1965年并入湖洋公社，1966年一度与邻村合并，1979年复设乃康大队。1980年设管委会，1984年改为湖洋乡乃康村民委员会，2013年改属湖洋镇。[2][4]

村辖赖坑里、老屋下、竹蒿子背三个自然村，共6个村民小组，村委会驻地在赖坑里。[2]

概况[edit]

全村712人，6个村民小组，党员32名，山林3700亩，耕地748亩，种烟35亩（统计年份未注明）。村中收入以外出务工为主，村集体收入主要靠出租18亩公田，每年约3000元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年1月，乃康村获「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」称号。[1]
