历史沿革[edit]
民国时此地设三田保。解放初设农会分会，归信和区（第十一区）管辖；1951年属寨背乡，1956年建立高级社。[2][4]
1958年公社化后，此地属湖洋公社的一个管理区；1959年10月单设三田大队，1961年改称寨背公社三田大队。1965年两公社合并后划归湖洋公社。1966年，三田曾与邻村合并为一个大队，1976年5月重新划出，称三田大队革领组。1980年设管委会，1984年改为湖洋乡三田村民委员会，2013年改属湖洋镇。[2][4]
村辖六个自然村，共10个村民小组，村委会驻地在凹背自然村。[2]
人口与村情[edit]
据博雅地名网，全村总人口1203人，耕地约1056亩，林地5400多亩，种烤烟390亩，种果树200多亩，有4个小山塘。村两委干部4人，党员40人，其中女党员4人；低保户16户，涉及41人（统计年份未注明）。[1]
