福全村位于上杭县城西部、湖洋镇北部，距县城约13公里。村名的来历是：村后有一座小村原名大屋前，清代改称大福全，后来简称福全。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时此地属福庄保。解放初设福全村，之后一度归寨背乡；1954年编入大福乡，1956年组建福全高级社。[2][4]

1958年改为湖洋公社福全大队，1961年划归寨背公社，1965年复归湖洋公社。1968年成立革领组，1980年设管委会大队，1984年改为湖洋乡福全村民委员会，2013年改属湖洋镇。[2][4]

全村258户、1099人，劳动力约600人，党员32人，村民代表25人（统计年份未注明）。全村山林约1900亩，耕地约600亩，人均耕地不足0.6亩。耕地大多偏远，缺少机耕路，难以连片经营。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年1月，福全村获「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」称号；2023年1月和2024年1月，分别获「2022年度」和「2023年度」同名称号。[1]
